3. Must improve human lives

Technological Eras

1. Define Era.
2. Observe length of time for each era. What is the pattern for the length of time?
3. Describe which activity the bulk of the "employed" population engaged in for each era?
4. Compare the social changes during the industrial revolution and now during the emergence of the information age.
5. The agricultural era was driven by development and use of tools and domesticated animals; the industrial era driven by steel production and the harnessing of energy; What is the information age driven by?
