IV. Free Throws: Make 3 in a row before you leave. Build up to 4, 5, etc. as summer continues. A solid free throw can make you a force down the stretch. Keep one, constant rhythm and the same stroke each time. Keep stroke compact and do not make room for the ball by moving head. Keeping ball alignment will help this.

Time: (?)

Pick-up Emphasis: Simply: play in games that will make you better, otherwise, have a specific purpose in mind.

Win, then…finish only left-handed an entire game, have zero turnovers, keep your man from getting any offensive rebounds, get l0 rebounds, work on a particular post move, get 5 assists, screen before catching the ball each possession, don't let your man catch it in the post a whole game!!, guard a quicker perimeter player, etc., etc.
