The report shall be bound with plastic rings and a proper
cover.
Level 3
Section Numbers and Titles in the Table of Contents and
throughout the report must conform to the requirements.
Information must be included in the correct section in the
body of the report. Figures (original graphs, photographs,
original sketches, tables etc. ) must be included as attachments.
Raw data and reference material must be included as
appendices.
Level 4
To look professional, consider the following; clean pages,
font selection, presentation of graphics including centering,
quality binding, proper use of titles and other factors which
affect the "look" of the report.
The body of the report should be completed with a proper
writing style. Consider; proper referencing, sentence structure,
descriptions not to verbose or brief, and other factors which will
affect the quality of writing.
