INDICATORS

PROJECT PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION

Level 1

• The list could be the project outline screen in MacProject Pro.

Level 2

• Dependency lines show the order in which the tasks should be completed. The establishes the order or "precedence" in which the tasks should be worked on.

Level 3

• The tasks and dependencies should be a well thought out predictor of events required to complete the project.
• Wherever possible tasks should be completed at the same time.

Level 4

• Things do not always go as planned. The schedule should assist you to put your effort where it will be most effective at the time to reach your goal.
• The schedule may be modified (either quickly by hand or formally on the computer) to help resolve the problems which come up during the course of the project.
• Often an "actual" schedule is completed at the end of a project. This can assist in future planning.
