• Section Numbers and Titles in the Table of Contents and throughout the report must conform to the requirements.
• Information must be included in the correct section in the body of the report. Figures (original graphs, photographs, original sketches, tables etc. ) must be included as attachments. Raw data and reference material must be included as appendices.

Level 4

• To look professional, consider the following; clean pages, font selection, presentation of graphics including centering, quality binding, proper use of titles and other factors which affect the "look" of the report.
• The body of the report should be completed with a proper writing style. Consider; proper referencing, sentence structure, descriptions not to verbose or brief, and other factors which will affect the quality of writing.
