1.0 Final assessment will include a major project and may include an exam at the end of the year.

Students will be evaluated, by a variety of methods to determine, how well students have achieved specific expectations for the course. Assignments, projects, tests presentations, reports, activities, may be evaluated by numeric marking schemes, self and peer assessment, checklists, and Achievement Charts (rubrics). Achievement Charts are converted to numerical marks and weighted according to the difficulty and content.

The following five learning skills will be reported separately on the report card; Works Independently, Teamwork, Organization, Work Habits/ Homework, Initiative

Knowledge will typically be assessed using tests and quizzes.
