8. Brainstorm two ideas for each category in the competition. (these do not need to be great ideas) Indicate each idea as a sketch or descriptive sentence. Note; brainstorming is the process of generating ideas without editing out the bad ones. Complete this series of 10 sketches in 20 minutes or less.
9. Determine the number of classes until the assignment is due and write it down.
10. Find the rubrics for the marking scheme and list the assessments (e.g. defining the problem), categories (e.g. thinking/inquiry), and the number of marks for each assessment. List these in a chart form.
11. Deduct two classes from the total number of classes to work on this project (you can use these as contingency) and determine how many classes are left. Divide the number of classes left in proportion to the amount of marks for each assessment. using this information calculate a due date to have all the work done for each assessment complete and put the date in the chart as a due date.
