Appendices

Where you have reference data like....

• piles of rough drawings
• Internet printouts
• photocopies
• data sheets
• catalog data
• anything you didn't produce
• any other type of reference material that you wish the reader to have immediate access to

Then you place this material in an appendix. The Appendices are sequenced usually with a letter. A title page with precedes each Appendix.

Generally the information in the appendices are not needed for the reader to comprehend your report. The appendices are included to support the information in your report and provide additional data. Usually appended information contains more pages than attached information.
