Revision Record

A Revision Record indicates what sections were completed or revised and at what time. In Design The process is not necessarily step by step in order. Often we need to go back to the previous step(s) and revise them with the information that we discovered in the current step.

If you wish to resubmit work for reevaluation then this should be indicated in the revision pages.

This is an example of a Revision Record.
